1.Machine separate and close
(1)The electric control machine clutch is equipped with an alarm bell, and the alarm bell is continuously sounded during the movement to ensure the safety of the operators.

2.Leading edge roller paper feeding system
(1)Suction assists paper feeding, and the air volume can be adjusted according to the different bending conditions of the cardboard to ensure smooth paper feeding.
(2)Paper lifting and dropping are driven by air cylinders, which are quick and labor-saving.
(3)Adopt the leading edge roller paper feeding system.

4.Paper feed roller

5.Auto-zero device

3. Paper feeding upper and lower rollers

(3) Manual adjustment of the paper feed roller gap dial, the adjustment range is 0-12mm.
4. Steel anilox roll (optional Dalian or Haili)
(1) The outer diameter is φ140mm.
(2) The surface of the steel pipe is ground, reticulated, and plated with hard chromium.
(3) Perform balance correction to ensure stable operation.
(4) The number of meshes can be selected from 180, 200, 220, 250, 300 meshes.

5. Rubber roller

6. Phase adjustment mechanism

7. Ink circulation
